Vendor Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the On Set in New Mexico Film & Media Conference.

The Vendor Expo is designed to connect attendees with businesses, organizations, and services that support New Mexico's film and media industry.

Vendor booth fee: $250.

Vendor space is limited. Submission of an application does not guarantee booth space.

Applications will be reviewed to ensure they are a good fit for the conference and provide value to attendees. The New Mexico Film Office reserves the right to approve vendors based on the overall fit and balance of the conference.

Each accepted vendor booth includes:
- One 6ft vendor table and two chairs
- One conference registration
- Lunch on both conference days
- Access to conference sessions (space permitting)
- Access to networking receptions
- Listing in the conference app and vendor directory
Additional booth staff may purchase discounted tickets at the $35 rate. Please email denise@nmfilm.com for the discount code.

Electricity is available upon request and cannot be guaranteed.

Sales of products or services are not permitted during the conference. The event permit does not include a commerce permit, and vendors may not conduct retail sales or other for-profit transactions onsite. Vendors are welcome to display products, provide information, collect leads, and distribute promotional materials.
By participating as a vendor at the New Mexico Film & Media Conference, you acknowledge that the New Mexico Film Office (NMFO), the New Mexico Economic Development Department (NMEDD), and their authorized representatives may photograph, video record, audio record, or interview you, your representatives, and your exhibit during the Conference.

By participating, you grant NMFO and NMEDD permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, company name, logo, photographs, recordings, and interview content for official marketing, promotional, educational, and informational purposes in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval. Ownership of your trademarks and other intellectual property remains with you.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify NMFO in writing to denise@nmfilm.com prior to the Conference. While reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests, incidental inclusion in event or crowd photography or recordings cannot be guaranteed.
