The NMFO Production Assistant Training Program trains residents on the basic skills of a production assistant to work in the dynamic world of film and television. No previous production experience is required. Applicants must be 18 years of age to participate. We’re looking for individuals who are available full-time, ready to learn, and eager to work. Training participation is limited and based on a first come, first served basis.
- Trainees will receive an email from the department. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders for this email. They will be asked to submit an updated resume and training evaluation form to the department within one (1) week of the completion of training. Please include that you have completed the NMFO production assistant training.
- Once registration is completed, a Zoom link will be provided.
- Once training is completed and you have submitted your updated resume and training evaluation form, you will be added to the NMFO list to send out to productions for work. Work may begin immediately.
- Registrations for the upcoming Saturday session must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm the preceding Friday.
